Day 1: LA PAZ
Arrival at La Paz airport and transfer to the hotel.
Located on a large bay on the Sea of Cortes, La Paz is 137 miles by road north of the southern tip of the peninsula. La Paz was founded by Hernan Cortez on May 3, 1535. Jose Espinoza established the first permanent settlement that turned La Paz into the capital of Baja California Sur in 1830.
Although situated on a lovely long beach, the best beaches for swimming and sunbathing are found north of the city on the road to Tecolote: Playa Palmira, Playa el Coromuel, Playa el Caimancito, Playa del Tesoro, Playa Pichilingue and Playa Balandra.
Overnight.
Day 2: LA PAZ – LOPEZ MATEOS – LA PAZ
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Lopez Mateos. Whale watching boat trip sailing through Magdalena Bay to meet these amazing mammals. Duration: 3 hours. Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon back to La Paz.
Overnight.
Day 3: LA PAZ
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight.
Day 4: LA PAZ - AIRPORT
